Working most of my career with subsidiaries of large companies and managing day to day operations, has allowed me to be able to see all aspects of a structured formal organization from the bottom all the way to the top. One can understand the sensitive nature of a well balanced environment in order to establish and execute goals and objectives. It takes people with the right skills to create a harmonious, well balanced group of individuals to achieve a team dedicated to rise to the challenge and succeed. With a vast career in the accounting and finance field where most of my career was spent until a designed change to sales occurred in the last few years has brought a lot of satisfying challenges.
