Yardi Analyst

• Providing end-user support by responding to questions related to Yardi property management inquiries via ticketing system, email and/or phone
• Supporting new Yardi software version releases and implementation of new functionality by assisting with system testing, documentation, and user transition support
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues with the Yardi system
• Reviewing existing user profiles to determine whether user has appropriate access and permissions for their role
• Performing system, business, and end-user process reviews to identify inefficiencies and make sound recommendations to internal clients and end-users that enable improved productivity
• Making recommendations to resolve access issues and ensure proper segregation of duties and implement changes while ensuring all changes impacting users are appropriately time and communicated
• Setting up new user accounts
• Modifying and terminating access
• Resetting passwords
• Performing periodic system access review
• Conducting new user training to support operations


• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience in the property management industry
• Exceptional customer support skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to time sensitive and tight deadlines
• An understanding of Accounting principles and the ability to work with the Accounting Department to resolve concerns
• Solid project management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
• Dependable, punctual, reliable
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities


• 57k - 70k base salary (based on experience)
