Office Administrator

  • Provide general administrative support to all staff as required
  • Assist the accounting department with filing, sorting and account receivableImplement and maintain all office calendars
  • Order various office/warehouses supplies for all locations
  • Review and maintain various maintenance and purchase contracts
  • Coordinate special events for visitors/special guests
  • Perform all other related duties assigned by management
  • Review all incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Work on special projects as required
  • Call clients for outstanding invoices
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service


  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of office administration experience
  • Excellent relationship building ability and communication skills
  • Post Secondary Education an asset (university degree/college diploma)
  • Must be able to work with little supervision
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi task
  • Knowledge of all MS Office suites


  • Base salary 34K to 40K
