Medical Relations Manager / Business Development

Responsabilities

• Build and maintain effective, long-term relationships with current and new referring physicians and office staff in a way that generates increased referrals and improved patient experiences
• Become an expert in your specific region and its clinics, administrators, physicians and their needs, key competitors, etc.
• Visit current and prospective referring physicians /accounts daily
• Understand services offered and value proposition, and help develop and execute business development strategies, including onsite, educational events, email and web-based programs
• Drive for goals, track activity and report results, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly/annual territory analyses
• Work closely with Sales Manager to resolve issues and seize opportunities, and/or make recommendations to management proactively
• Coordinate lunch and learns for clients to promote and present products
Possess a strong track record of territory and sales growth Collaborate with and support peers in other territories to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Sales Representative (or similar role)
• Proven track record of strong performance and of delivering business development results that meet or exceed expectations
• Track record of initiative-taking and creativity in tackling sales and marketing challenges
• Experience in medical field is valued but not required
• Outside sales experience in commercial markets
• Must be a highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment with little supervision
• Valid Driver's license

Compensation

• 40k Base salary
