Manager Corporate IT & Client Implementation

- Lead IT planning with respect to IT architecture, operations, service-delivery and technology upgrades
- Working with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology selection & implementation
- Set up, manage and support cloud servers used for Operational locations
- Assist project deployment activities inclusive of full site surveys, staging lab (internal or external), onsite installation and verification
- Manage and work with 3rd-party services and technology vendors
- Manage reports and documentation related to network, security and systems operations
- Manage IT Projects or assist in general project or program management capacity
- Develop maintenance schedules for network and systems equipment
- Oversee the development of functional policies and procedures related to network architecture, system operations and provision of services
- Continually improve the company's IT operational standards, policies, processes and procedures
- Ensure the stability, security, reliability and availability of all systems is maintained at the highest level possible
- Recommend cost-effective IT solutions and options
- Development and execution of backup and disaster recovery plansKeep abreast of current technology and operations management practices, methodology and tools
- Provide Desktop Support services on both software and hardware for all Corporate Systems and Users & maintain VOIP telephone system
- Recommend and purchase equipment, supplies and services related to IT infrastructure and services
- Manage and track IT Hardware and software assets
- Manage delivery of services against Service-Level Agreements
Qualifications
- Technology Skills - Strong technical skills relating to IT support, design and implementation.
- Working knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems and applications, as well as network, server, infrastructure concepts and support
- Experience developing wired and wireless client/server applications, networking, firewalls and security
- Experience working with Windows, Linux, prtg monitoring
- Project Management - Ability to apply practical project management best practices to facilitate the successful delivery of projects to the business
- 2 - 5 years related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Compensation
- 70k – 85k Base salary (negotiable - based on experience)
