Inside Sales Manager

Responsabilities

• Building and managing a team of incredibly talented people from the ground-up
• Identifying and pursuing ways to improve ability to educate prospective customers
• Creating and implementing Sales, Training and Excellence programs to ensure your team is relentlessly improving
• Working with your team to ensure they're not only thriving, but also growing both as people as well as professionals
• Ensuring weekly and monthly targets are not only met, but constantly exceeded.
• Developing new strategies to grow business
• Manage and sustain positive work environment
• Maintain a working knowledge of company products
• You are committed to teaching a value-added sales approach

Qualifications

• University degree or College diploma.
• You have a minimum of  4 -5 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment and managerial role
• You're goal oriented, and driven by the opportunity to deliver important results critical to the success of the business
• You have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• You've got a strong track record of setting and exceeding goals
• You will contribute to a unique company culture
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Full knowledge of all social media applications and MS Office software
• Consistent over achievement of quota and revenue goals

Compensation

• Base salary 75k – 85k (based on experience)
