Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Responsabilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, regular mail and e-mail related to all issues, complaints or questions pertaining to any product, service or resource discontent.
  • Determine appropriate action required and ensure file is closed within established escalation time lines
  • Assist in establishing clear and efficient process methodology
  • Follow  all current established procedures/processes/policies
  • Investigates issues through records, resources or files
  • Assigns requests to National Montreal Administration key contacts to process and act upon resolutions identified or if further detailed analysis is required for resolution
  • Ensures issues are resolved and customer is contacted as closure to initial request via phone and/or e-mail
  • Escalate any unresolved customer concerns, complaints or issues to manager
  • Maintains accurate daily records for all issues, complaints, concerns, questions received
  • Weekly reporting of closed files/active files.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and French - written and verbal
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience/exposure in a Customer Service Support role required
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills including detail oriented
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel – minimum 45 wpm keyboarding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong  "customer first" attitude
  • University Degree or College Diploma preferred

Compensation

  • Base salary 38k – 46k
  • Bonus
