Customer Service Manager

Responsabilities

• Finding amazing new people to join your team
• Identifying and pursuing ways to improve the service and support delivered to customers
• Managing a team of customer service professionals and demanding the highest bar possible
• Working with your team members to ensure they're not only constantly outperforming, but also growing both as people as well as professionals
• Collaborating with the Product & Engineering teams to help them build new and improved software tools for both your team and our customers
• Working closely with our Sales team to ensure we're providing a seamless and stress-free end-to-end experience to our customers
• Sales support of the inside sales / account mangers team
• Maintain a working knowledge of company products
• You are committed to a value-added customer service approach

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on Customer Success
• Knowledge of Sales / Operations an asset
• Experience in building team from the ground up
• You have experience in mentoring and coaching your team members every day
• You go above and beyond for our customers
• You're goal oriented, and driven by the opportunity to deliver important results critical to the success of the business
• You're best skill is unleashing the power of other peoples' skills, but you're not afraid to roll up your own sleeves when necessary
• You have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• You've got a strong track record of setting and exceeding ambitious goals
• Excellent people skills and are outgoing, motivated, enthusiastic and lead by example
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Compensation

• Base salary 70k – 80k (based on experience)
