Business Development Manager

• Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customers' needs in an efficient, accurate and professional manner;
• Arrange and oversee all installations and delivery of equipment
• Prepare and present detailed quotations
• Product training, client functions, product demonstrations
• Contribute to and successfully implement company marketing strategy and tactics
• Directly sell company products/services, utilizing sales material to position the company and its services appropriately
• Ability to develop and implement clear, sales plans that will drive the success of your branch
• You are committed to a value-added sales approach, unparalleled value to your customers.
• You act with customers in mind; establishing and maintaining effective relationship and gaining their trust and respect.

Qualifications
• 3 years sales experience
• College diploma or University degree an asset
• Highly focused, results and goal oriented
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Computer literacy - MS Office, Word, Excel
• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
Compensation
• 55k – 60k base salary
• Commission based on sales target - uncapped
• OTE 100k Plus
• Car Allowance $1,100. Per month
• Full benefits (health and dental)
