- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing client base
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Teaming with other inside sales reps and field sales reps to learn, grow, and share
- Using existing technology to document all dealer interactions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships and developing new accounts
- Establishing long term relationships with existing clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- New business development
- Produce weekly sales reports
- Cold calling
Qualifications
- BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/FRENCH)
- Strong customer orientation with proven track record of driving results and exceeding customer expectations
- Sales experience (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence, defuse, reconcile and remedy customer issues, and create win-win solutions
- Excellent telephone and listening skills
- Goal and detail oriented
- Ability to identify customer needs, issues and perceptions and ensure they are communicated with the team and other parties as appropriate
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to remedy customer issues, and create win-win solutions
- Able to work independently
Compensation
- Base salary 42k – 47k
- Bonus/Commission
- Total first year income approx. 52k – 65k
