Bilingual Inside Sales

Responsabilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing client base
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Teaming with other inside sales reps and field sales reps to learn, grow, and share
  • Using existing technology to document all dealer interactions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and developing new accounts
  • Establishing long term relationships with existing clients
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • New business development
  • Produce weekly sales reports
  • Cold calling

Qualifications

  • BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/FRENCH)
  • Strong customer orientation with proven track record of driving results and exceeding customer expectations
  • Sales experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence, defuse, reconcile and remedy customer issues, and create win-win solutions
  • Excellent telephone and listening skills
  • Goal and detail oriented
  • Ability to identify customer needs, issues and perceptions and ensure they are communicated with the team and other parties as appropriate
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to remedy customer issues, and create win-win solutions
  • Able to work independently

Compensation

  • Base salary 42k – 47k
  • Bonus/Commission
  • Total first year income approx. 52k – 65k
