Account Manager / Inside Sales Rep

Responsabilities

• Focus on sales and follow-up with warm leads and existing clients across Canada
• Explore and understand the unique needs of each client to offer appropriate product solutions and pricing options.
• Build relationships through creative and friendly follow-up to ensure our clients' needs are being met beyond expectations.
• Staying current on promotional product trends, events, competitors, and vendors across Canada.
• Working with client artwork to ensure exceptional quality is maintained on all items.
• Have a flare for engagement and conversation to expand our customer base.
• Ensure all appropriate and necessary follow-ups are performed.
• To meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and standards.
• Manage client contacts and interactions using a CRM system.

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma - an asset
• 1 -3 years' sale experience.
• Customer service focused
• Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written, and social media
• Fantastic organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Successful working in an entrepreneurial team environment with shift priorities.
• Self-driven and goal oriented with the desire to exceed expectations and meet new challenges
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Experience with Infusionsoft CRM an asset.
• Be able to confidently analyze, prioritize, and implement sales solutions
• Successful working independently or as a part of a team.
• Proven ability to work in a team focused environment.

Compensation

• Base salary 33K – 37k (based on experience)
• Commission / Bonus
