Account Manager (Downtown)

Responsabilities

• Drive and maximize sales via phone/email communications with a focus on maintaining and expanding the business
• Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs, the industry in which they operate and analyzing trends, and providing solutions
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams in identifying and promoting client-focussed solutions
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with both the clients needs and the organizations growth plans
• Ensure CRM database is updated accurately
• Able to offer solution sales

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma an asset
• 1 - 2 years of inside sales experience, preferable in a client facing role
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build credibility with C-level executives based on a solid knowledge and understanding of their business and organization structure
• Strong time management skills with an ability to co-ordinate and manage multiple projects and timelines
• Strong inter-departmental collaboration skills where challenges and achievements are met and addressed in a timely manner
• Thorough with a keen attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changing or developing conditions
• CRM software experience

Compensation

• 35K Base salary
• OTE 55K - 65K (no caps)
